Win a Brand New Suzuki Swift

RULES OF THE COMPETITION:

1. Eligibility: This competition is open to anyone except:
   • Employees of Tavcor Motor Group, and their immediate families*
   • Employees of Community Chest of the Eastern Cape, Board Members and their immediate families*.
   • Service Providers directly involved with Tavcor Motor Group and Community Chest of the Eastern Cape and their immediate families*.
2. Competition Period: Competition runs from 1 September 2026 to 30 April 2027. Grand winner of the car to be drawn on the 8 May 2027.
3. Entry Entitlement: Any Tavcor Motor Group customer and Community Chest of the Eastern Cape donor is entitled to enter.
4. Multiple Entries: You may enter as many times as you like.
5. Monthly Draws: A monthly draw will take place at midday on the first day of every month, except for January 2027 and May 2027 – 1st October, 1st November, 1st December, 4th January, 1st February, 1st March, 1st April and the last draw on the 3rd May.
6. Promotional Consent: Winners may be photographed for reasonable promotional use by Tavcor Motor Group and Community Chest of the Eastern Cape. Entrants consent to competition-related contact and may opt out of future promotional communications at any time.
7. Strict Deadline: No late entries will be accepted.
8. Random Selection: Winners are randomly picked out of online and booklet entries.
9. Monthly Finalists: Each month, two finalists (one from online and one from booklet entries) will be drawn on the 1st day of every month, except January and May 2027, as above. These monthly finalists (16 in total) will be entered into a draw for the Suzuki Swift! This draw will take place on the 8 May 2027.
10. Event Presence Required: The monthly finalists must be present on the 8 May 2027 to be eligible to be entered into the draw for the Suzuki Swift! If the finalist is under 18 years of age, they must be accompanied by a legal guardian with a valid driver’s licence.
11. Judges' Decision: The judges’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Prize Details: Prize is a white Suzuki Swift 2027 1.2 GL MT.
13. Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, it shall be referred to Tavcor Motor Group and Community Chest of the Eastern Cape whose decision is final.
14. Prize Distribution: Tavcor Motor Group and Community Chest of the Eastern Cape are solely responsible for the distribution of the prize(s).
15. Right to Amend: Tavcor Motor Group and Community Chest of the Eastern Cape reserve the right to amend, reduce or cancel the prize(s) at any time during the competition.
16. Contractual Agreement: All participants are bound strictly to the terms and conditions of the contract.
